Hypnosis will help you relax. Through quietening your conscious mind, we will be able to access your unconscious mind and help you to better understand experiences, ideas and feelings that impact your daily life. Hypnosis is helpful for all sorts of somatic and emotional problems from anxiety and depression to physical pain and trauma. I will guide you into a trance-like state of altered consciousness and deep relaxation in which we will work therapeutically on your concerns. Hypnotherapy is psychotherapy while you are in a hypnotic trance. You will remember everything and you are in full control of the experience.
